Free Ink MAY GIVEAWAY

The competition commences 1st of May 2026 and closes and 31st of May 2026

  Entry is open to:

• Anyone over the age of 18 years who have received a tattoo from us in the month of May 2026.
• Any customer who refers someone new to the studio for a tattoo in May 2026.
• The tattoo must of been conducted not just booked.
• Each appointment or referral counts as one valid entry.

The following persons are not eligible:

• Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Western Ink Co.
• Any person prohibited from receiving tattoo services under applicable health regulations

No entry fee is charged for the competition.

• Prize: Two Half Days with Western Ink Co.
• Value: Up to $650 per half day
• Number of Prizes: Two (2). These are seperate prizes and are based on seperate draws.
• Artist based on consultation with the winner and there preferred style.
• Time and day at the discretion of Western Ink Co.

•  Design beyond standard consultation.
• Touch-ups beyond the studio’s standard policy.
• Cash alternative.
• Transfer to another person. A transfer may occur at the discretion of the studio.

• This is a game of chance.
• The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries 

            at 9.00am on Monday the 1st of June at the studio.

• The winner will be notified on the same day of the draw via call and and text message. 
• The winners first name may be published on social media.
• If the winner fails to claim the prize in 3 business days a redraw will be held at the diecretion of the studio. 

• Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with the promoter’s Privacy Policy.
• Information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

• The promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the competition or breaches these terms
• The promoter is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries
• This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or any other social platform
• Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law
